Hello I am Kathryn Czerniak. I am a Girl Scout and this is my Gold Award. The Gold Award is the highest award a person can earn in Girl Scouts. I made this Gold Award because mental health is not talked about as much as it should be among teenagers. Teenagers selected the coping methods on this website for teenagers.
